Humans experience true love and healing from God and other humans when grief is expressed. Today we discuss our own experiences with loss and why “expressed grief” is a relief when released to God and to others and how necessary it is in order to reach acceptance, move forward, and enjoy life again. So what's really important here? The next time you're overwhelmed try asking yourself that and you'll discover how this little phrase will help you think things through and decide how best to prioritize your day and your life.

We all want the same thing to be heard! Do you know what you get when you take your thoughts to God? You get a fair hearing, unlike people who can't give you a fair hearing because they long to be heard too. So if your thoughts of the week are overwhelming and you feel despair, then tell The Lord about it FIRST through prayer! He is listening and has the power to set the course for you to stay in peace no matter how stressful your week may be!! Philippians 4:6

So since the pandemic and now the crazy winter weather, there seems to be a greater lack of self-control. Are you lacking it? Self-control is not willpower and you don't get it by gritting your teeth or just by saying "no!" It is a fruit of the spirit that Holy Spirit produces in you as you do your job of staying connected to Him. Galatians 5:22-23

Did you know that intimacy really means into me I see? That is how we connect especially with God. So how is your connection with Him? Like with all relationships its impossible to have a thriving, intimate relationship with God without talking to Him. So today we discuss the great privilege you have of communicating with God, our Father and creator of all!! Romans 10:17
