After meeting each other as FOCUS missionaries, Evan and his wife found themselves quickly dating and married not long after. Together they are raising their four kids while honoring the two children they lost in the womb, Seaton and Jude. Their family celebrates every stage of the liturgical calendar to reinforce the most important parts of life and Evan reads classic literature each evening before bedtime. As a managing consultant at AmPhil, Evan helps nonprofit clients reach their goals and fulfill their mission. Evan brings more than a decade of active fundraising experience and expertise in strategic planning, major gifts, capital campaigns, direct mail, training, and other areas.

Before joining AmPhil in 2024, Evan served as the Vice President of Philanthropy at Heroic Media and as a Major Gifts Officer at Fellowship of Catholic University Students. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Kansas State University and his MBA with a concentration in Catholic Philanthropy from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND.

Evan lives in Keller, TX with his wife and four children. He enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his family, woodworking, and learning new games.
