In this episode we'll be chatting about showing up authentically, and really thinking about what 'authenticity' means.

We are always evolving, growing, changing and that's a really beautiful thing, so don't get too caught up in who you "use to be" and show up in a way that FEELS the most like you in this moment.

If that version of yourself is different than two weeks ago than great, that just means you've grown. Being true to yourself and honoring your needs and boundaries is more important that what other people think of you. I know we all have this innate need to belong but if you don't belong to yourself first you'll never TRULY belong to anyone else.

Frankly, when you honor your truths completely, you ultimately stop caring about what people think because you are so rock solid in your foundation that they aren't even on your radar.
