This is our first episode where we are chatting about the relationship that humans have with nature/mother earth.

In my experience this relationship has unlocked a really special place in my heart and allowed for more healing to happen.

All of us will have a different relationship with our planet and it's my belief that this relationship is sacred. Nature is an incredible teacher. She was our first teacher.

As women it is very easy to see our connection with mother earth through our own feminine cycles and the seasons.

We are each a part of the collective, a thread in the tapestry of life.

This episode we are chatting about the concept of "quantum leaps" within the healing space.

Personally, I do not believe that chasing these big experiences, where we imagine our entire being shifting into some sort of new reality where all of the sudden everything makes sense and we've 'achieved' some fort of massive awakening is at all, healthy.

The minute to minute, hour to hour and day to day is where the true healing lies. It's in the small decisions we make every day that compound and add up to become these seemingly quantum leaps.

I believe we chase these quantum leap experiences because it's hard to see our own healing when in the middle of it. But just because you can't see something doesn't make it not real.

You are already doing it. You are already enough. Pay attention to the tiny choices you make every day, because babe...they're having a WAY larger impact than you even realize.

This episode hits close to home since it's something I am currently struggling through. I've recently had a breakthrough with the way stress has been showing up in my body and how I respond to my body's natural detox process.

This episode I'll be sharing a little fact with you about a smart part of how our body detoxes and also a bit about what you can do to help your body through this. This episode is especially related to acute stress in the body.

When we can understand that our bodies are simply doing what they're meant to we can often free ourselves from the shame associated with our body too. Remember to be patient with your body, it's always doing what it thinks is best, there may just be some things you want to pay attention to.

This is a very special episode. In this episode my mother joins me and we chat about he experiences as a mom. What it was like for her and she shares some real, honest insights on motherhood and how to navigate life as a new mother.

My mother inspire me to always do my best and not let the opinions of other sway the decisions I make in life. I'm so thankful for our relationship (it wasn't always this easy), and I'm excited for this next chapter of both of our lives.

It was such a beautiful episode to record. It's important that we remember that our mother's are people too.

They were once little, they had dreams, they make silly mistakes and they we just like us. Humans, all trying to do our best. We talk about this and I highly encourage you to stick around to the end, there's a lo of value in this episode.

In this episode we'll be chatting about showing up authentically, and really thinking about what 'authenticity' means.

We are always evolving, growing, changing and that's a really beautiful thing, so don't get too caught up in who you "use to be" and show up in a way that FEELS the most like you in this moment.

If that version of yourself is different than two weeks ago than great, that just means you've grown. Being true to yourself and honoring your needs and boundaries is more important that what other people think of you. I know we all have this innate need to belong but if you don't belong to yourself first you'll never TRULY belong to anyone else.

Frankly, when you honor your truths completely, you ultimately stop caring about what people think because you are so rock solid in your foundation that they aren't even on your radar.

Anyway, you're doing great and ily.
