Ayris Barnes shares how she delay with church hurt and how it affected her. She talks about how she had to lean on God and learn how to love the church again. She also talks about how she had to stop giving negative things too much power. She stated “people hurt you, God didn’t hurt you”. She talks about how God had to give her a new set of eyes to see things differently.

Ayris Barnes is the Founder and CEO of A.B.A.N.S. Scub. She makes natural body scrubs. She was born and raised in Baltimore, MD. She is a mom of one queen and four young kings Ganna (grandma) to one princess. She has always had a passion for helping and fighting for the unlikeliest candidate. She stated “Anytime a person presented me with an issue I’m always ready and willing to go into action to fix whatever it would be. I've always been interested in natural medicines and going against the norm (doctors and pharmaceutical drugs). I know people who had health challenges and wanted to help fix it. So, I started researching and making things in my kitchen and giving them out and I’m still at it and will keep going.”
