A note about these transcripts from the L|L Research website
ABOUT THE CONTENTS OF THIS TRANSCRIPT: This telepathic channeling has been taken from transcriptions of the weekly study and meditation meetings of the Rock Creek Research & Development Laboratories and L/L Research. It is offered in the hope that it may be useful to you. As the Confederation entities always make a point of saying, please use your discrimination and judgment in assessing this material. If something rings true to you, fine. If something does not resonate, please leave it behind, for neither we nor those of the Confederation would wish to be a stumbling block for any.
CAVEAT: This transcript is being published by L/L Research in a not yet final form. It has, however, been edited and any obvious errors have been corrected. When it is in a final form, this caveat will be removed.

11 min - 1976 - October 3rd - Hatonn and Nona - L|L Research Meditations
In this session, Carla and B2 channels Hatonn, who begins by again discussing the purpose of our physical plane, and the lessons of our current experience. Hatonn then answers questions from the group, including an unspoken question about the conditioning wave.
Then, Carla channels Nona, who simply asks us to “see the rainbows” after it rains.

18 min - 1976 - September 19th - Hatonn - L|L Research Meditations
In this session, H, Carla, and B channel Hatonn, who elaborates on the idea that we are individualized portions of the One Creator, that our present cycle of experience is coming to an end, and to be careful of our thoughts and desires, for they create our realities and experience. Hatonn, through Carla, then discusses the path of seeking and the importance of meditation. They explain our illusion, this experience, is essentially a school; we are here to learn.

23 min - 1976 - September 5th - Hatonn & Laitos - L|L Research Meditations
In this session, B and Carla channel Hatonn, who tries to correct a misperception about gaining knowledge on the path of seeking. Next, they discuss the non-existence of power, and how one can navigate scenarios where power is perceived to be exercised. Hatonn also discusses the function of trouble (and sorrow) in our paths of learning.
Carla then channels Laitos, who discusses the nature of the conditioning wave, channeling, and tuning.

21 min - 1976 - August 29th - Hatonn - L|L Research Meditations
In this session, H, and Carla channel Hatonn, who explains the Confederation’s purpose to the new group members. They then note the purpose of life: the “unfoldment of consciousness”, or for the experience of love. Hatonn, through Carla, tries to explain we cannot act with love intellectually - by thinking about it. Love flows through us, but does not come from us.

19 min - 1976 - August 22nd - Hatonn - L|L Research Meditations
In this session, Don, H, Carla, and B channel Hatonn, who first discusses the purpose of the Confederation’s presence on Earth. They remind us to “know thyself”, and that understanding goes beyond what is capable by the intellect. And, as always, Hatonn stresses the importance of meditation.
Next, Hatonn answers questions from the group. These questions pertain to UFO sightings, the antichrist, and the Book of Revelation. Then, Don tries an experiment by asking a silent question of Hatonn. H channels an answer from Hatonn (which at points, doesn’t seem to be clear), but it doesn’t satisfy Don. Carla then gives it a try, and succeeds (it would seem). Hatonn also answers a question about “silver flecks”.
