A note about these transcripts from the L|L Research website
ABOUT THE CONTENTS OF THIS TRANSCRIPT: This telepathic channeling has been taken from transcriptions of the weekly study and meditation meetings of the Rock Creek Research & Development Laboratories and L/L Research. It is offered in the hope that it may be useful to you. As the Confederation entities always make a point of saying, please use your discrimination and judgment in assessing this material. If something rings true to you, fine. If something does not resonate, please leave it behind, for neither we nor those of the Confederation would wish to be a stumbling block for any.
CAVEAT: This transcript is being published by L/L Research in a not yet final form. It has, however, been edited and any obvious errors have been corrected. When it is in a final form, this caveat will be removed.

10 min - 1974 - October 4th - Hatonn - L|L Research Meditations
In this session, Unknown, T, E, and Carla channel Hatonn, who offers insight into the infinite levels of vibration within the finite-vibration density we currently enjoy. Hatonn notes that we can either raise our vibration through experience, or meditation.

16 min - 1974 - August 6th - Hatonn - L|L Research Meditations
In this session, multiple unknown instruments channel Hatonn. This starts and ends as a tough session. Perhaps the contact isn’t very good, or the instruments are new, but the message is either inaudible or the language is not clear. The middle portion of the channeling is clear, and Hatonn discusses our desire to categorize and label things, as opposed to viewing all as one.
There is a second session for this day, or, perhaps its a second recording of the same session. The verbiage is similar in some places, and virtually identical in others. The inaudible portions are equally spread out through the recording, but occur at different times. To try and decrease redundancy, I’ve chosen not to include the second session/recording in this episode.

15 min - 1974 - July 30th - Hatonn and Oxal - L|L Research Meditations
In this session, Unknown channels Hatonn and Oxal. Unfortunately, the channeling of Oxal is short due to difficulties and inaudible portions of the transcript. Hatonn, however, gives the group more “advanced” information, guiding them in how to seek further Understanding by providing them with a quick guided meditation.

23 min - 1974 - July 28th - Hatonn and Laitos - L|L Research Meditations
In this session, Unknown channels Hatonn and Laitos. Hatonn discusses seeking within ourselves. Laitos (who makes his first appearance where he actually delivers a message, rather than simply conditioning instruments) gives the group a quick lesson on calling for conditioning.

12 min - 1974 - July 23rd - Hatonn - L|L Research Meditations
In this session, multiple unknown instruments channel Hatonn, who begins by discussing spiritual evolution, desire, and seeking. Hatonn then reveals that in our service, we only act as channels for the love and light of the Creator.
This session is somewhat challenging, as there are many inaudible portions in the transcript, making understanding difficult.
