Toni hopes to inspire others to become more conscious about their well-being in a culture that drowns people in entrepreneurship and empowerment with workaholism.
Tune in now as she passionately takes you through on how she transitioned from a teacher and administrator to affirmation musician. Talking about mental health and self care.

Social work entails helping people overcome problems in their lives and social workers may provide counseling, serve patrons as learning resources, assist with finding a job, or point out helpful groups, community networks and organizations that provide training or treatment.
Social work is like no other. Social workers look to improve the challenges that our society faces, but it’s important to consider the challenges that they face personally in this profession. Along with this, there seems to be more pressure in the job.
A notable example is the inspiring story of Bodequia Simon, an author, social work creative and speaker, living purposefully as the creator and president of the Black Girls in Social Work, a networking organization for black women and working within or pursuing the social work field.
