Hebrews 12 is such an amazing chapter in the Book of Hebrews. Although it is unknown who the author of Hebrews is, the True Author is the Holy Spirit. In this Chapter we go into how to persevere in the faith and why it is important to keep pursuing sanctification. Now more than ever, we need to fix our eyes on nothing else other than Jesus Christ, who is the Author and Perfecter of our faith. This life can get wearisome, believers can get worn out...but one thing we must do is to keep running the race with endurance because God is with us every step of the way until we get to Heaven.

In Romans 12:2 it says: And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. In the transformation process we don't always see instantaneous results or bear the fruit we think we ought to right away. Transformation cannot occur without the sanctifying work of Scripture by the power of the Holy Spirit! The deeper we go into Scripture and a relationship with Jesus Christ our Lord...the results will start to reveal themselves. Today...Romans 12:17-21 is our main scripture text which shows us what a transformed mind in Christ looks like. Last exhortation, Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good (v21)! Amen!
