On a warm spring night, the rain slowly taps on your window as you lay in bed.  Your eyes unseeingly stare off into the dark as sleep finally begins to draw your eyes closed. Just then, deep sobbing begins to worm its way under your door and crawl across the floor.  Your eyes dart open as you grasp for whatever seems to signify reality around you. After a few moments you know you are no longer dreaming, and yet a nightmare seems to be emanating from outside of your room.  On this episode of Living Paranormal we invite Barry Fitzgerald from across the pond to discuss the topic of his book “Banshee – Modern Encounters with the Banshee”.  And boy do we learn a ton!

Eager to start his life of academia, and make his name in the world of marathon running, Chris Dicesare attended Geneseo State College. In his sophomore year of 1985 he found himself in a place with nowhere to run. For more than a quarter of a century, no one involved spoke of the events that transpired within those walls, and as a result it faded into the realm of the ‘urban legend”.  Since breaking his silence in 2012 with the release of an independent film entitled “Please, Talk With Me” and a subsequent episode on School Spirits titled “Dorm Room Nightmare” Chris Dicesare has written a book on the events in room C2D1 entitled Surviving Evidence”. Tonight we welcome Chris Dicesare to Living Paranormal.

Although she is unable to reveal her true identity due to other obligations, we welcome to hear her view on the world of the unseen. Or is it the sometimes seen? I mean we have pictures and video. Either way, Cassandra will bring forward ideas blending science with many commonly held beliefs in the paranormal.
