Good Cd's

These are a nice way to unwind and refocus your mind. They are short and All are very good. I kept some and gave some to my mother, and she also thinks they are great. Gael C. Has a nice calming voice and has other good products, as well.

Besst meditation CD I own.

Gael's voice is so soothing, it would be calming just to listen to her voice. Nevertheless, it is a wonderful, uplifting, easy to listen CD. Anyone would have to feel calmer after listening to this. I purchased her AM/PM CD after listening to this one.

Inspiring but not as good as PM Meditations

Gael Chiarella has such a beautiful voice. It is always a pleasant experience to listen to her. However, my favorite relaxing meditations continue to be her "PM Meditations."

Good ideas - not the usual relax CD

Liked her voice and the ideas she suggests and the way she puts things. I felt happier the first day after listening.
