What would it look like to live a life free from pressure? In Today's episode I look at the role pressure plays in my life and how I am devoting the year of 2024 to completely following my heart. I know it sounds cliche to follow my heart, but the more I become an advocate for it, the more I see all the ways I have dishonored my heart.

I also share how healing ancestral trauma sent me deep into the rabbit hole of self discovery and opened me up to a much more magickal dialogue with the universe.
