Living Stoic Is a podcast about elevation and self reflection. Today's co-parenting episode I share tips on how to start a healthy relationship after breaking up with your ex! It's never easy moving forward from a relationship you share a soul contract with, your child is the soul contract! I share some of my experiences and speak about child support, joint custody and tools to assist in the growth of a healthy parenting situation for the benefit of your child. 

It's a quick basic walk through looking within yourself to see where you are and where you want to be? We tend to forget the main agenda and goal is raising a healthy, happy human being! Because ego and pride mixed with pain cause confusion and keep us from elevating our frequency to love and push forward.

2020 is coming to a close and I am one hundred percent sure many of you have become more resilient within yourselves, within your relationships as parents, intimate relationships and relationships all around! Am I crazy to think so many of us have been working on ourselves not by choice but by pandemic?!? Because I for sure picked up new skills and refined bad habits and triggers I wasn’t aware or perhaps didn’t see how much it affected me and those around me. I also worked on better communication skills to elevate my lifestyle. If you feel like you haven’t done anything for the betterment of your life and family tune in and let me share with you how you have grown! Coming out of the dark talks about different ways to get out of depression and social stigmas that hold us back due to comparing our progression, and question our current situation. Spirit makes no mistakes. How we can utilize prayer and meditation mixed with metaphysical tools to enlighten and ascend ourselves to be better, to be in the light. Don’t rush the process! Society puts so much pressure on ourselves to execute things that take time? Society has conditioned us to be in a competition within ourselves, taking away quality. We need to be real with ourselves and trust the process. We shouldn’t stay stagnant in overthinking things however we should be proactive and do the work trusting the universe is going to respond to the pure intentions. Digging deep and uprooting procrastination. Taking better care of our bodies, minds, spiritual growth! You’re not weak if you fail, there are lessons in failure that breed success. Write it down and and check in with it to see if you are in alignment. Divine timing is everything. Take care of yourself first in order to win.

Let’s talk about how important it is to know you’re are more than good enough. Knowing self worth is key to feeling secure in who you are. Letting go of the ego,releasing the pain of rejection and overly emotional impulses that don’t allow us to move upward and forward to elevate ourselves.. We are Worthy of all our desires, passions, manifestations and Soso much more 🥰 If we don’t know our worth how will the universe?
