What's holding you back from _____________? YOU fill in the blank: being happy, being healthy, being wealthy... leaving a relationship that's run its course, letting go of past habits that limit you, getting a new job that makes you happy, being a rock star... 


A great deal of this existence has been around separation and disempowerment, or putting the Divine outside of us... implying that there's possibly some things that we are NOT. This includes everything, whether it's physical, spiritual, environmental, or emotional! It's been so ingrained in us that the answer comes from somewhere or someone ELSE than what's within that we allow ourselves to just accept that, and play out a very limited existence.

This can be physical, environmental, emotional  (including holding yourself back because of someone else in your life)... you name it! We'll also discuss how to begin to flow past such distractions and blockages... so you can be all you came here to be!

As our shifting continues to accelerate, more and more are finding that they start down a certain path, doing what they "think" they want to or are "supposed to" do... and just when they get comfortable moving in one direction, BAM! The Universe/Higher Self has it set up to push in a joker card... and/or a complete redirect. Our acceleration of change has created much shorter "wait and see" periods than in the past; sometimes we're being guided to shift and change EVERYTHING on a dime... in a place of acceptance and flow... right NOW. No room for the ego to be stuck in stasis (or "comfort zone"), or to force constancy.

Have you ever felt trapped in your life, trapped in a situation, and whenever someone would suggest for you to leave the situation, your answer was, "I just can't leave it, because of ________..." (fill in the blank with any number of "reasons").

In this week's episode, we'll talk about our "personal chains," what we use as leverage so we can hold ourselves back, and what makes that up. Pretty much EVERYONE has had SOMETHING in their life that they've at some point held on to because they believed they didn't have a choice... until that choice blew up or exploded out of this existence of its own accord. Relationships, obligations... you name it.

"So often times it happens | that we live our lives in chains | and we never even know we have the key..." (The Eagles, Already Gone)

We'll explore the causes of these "chains," why it's REALLY important to look at and release this right now... and how to begin removing them with as much grace and ease as possible (because you CAN)... for a much freer, higher vibration experience.

Overall, we LOVE stories! It's how we reflect upon - and compare - our lessons as we have chosen them in this separation-based Universe.

However, one of the main purposes of the story: to help remind us of our higher purpose, to motivate us keep us going to achieve what we set out to do, individually and collectively - even when we have temporarily forgotten - has often been waylaid via the separation-based mind/ego, which "gets caught up in the details" and often loses sight of the bigger picture by the distraction of getting lost in it and focusing on differences, vs. similarities (aka "the shinies").

Many get caught up (distracted) in debates about "what's right" and "what's wrong," as well as what to believe in, and what NOT to believe in. This is especially true of the mythos (stories) from every belief system/religion that has ever existed; instead of coming from the spirit and seeing the consistencies, the mind/ego gets caught up in the differences... and this most often detracts/distracts from the higher purpose of the story. This, in turn, causes the need for the story to repeat itself and play itself out AGAIN, in a different form, as we have set up the reminders until we REMEMBER that they're reminders in the first place... and we can move on!

In this episode, we'll talk about how to back out of the details to see the bigger picture in what anyone says/does, how to instead observe "the story" to see/remember the bigger picture, and how this is important to help us progress on our journey to full remembrance.
