Hi Everyone! The market is ablaze for sellers right now thru out the metro-east!
Many Missouri sellers are receiving 15 to 20 or more offers in a day which is resulting in some cases sellers getting forty or fifty thousand dollars or more over list price. Which is great for the sellers but leaving buyers in the lurch!
Some homes in the St. Louis area selling for as much as one hundred thousand dollars over what the same home would have sold for less than a year ago!
Maybe it’s time to check out all the great advantages the Metro East has to offer. As I mentioned we do have a hot market but nowhere near what St. Louis has. And being a native to the area I can tell you we have a lot to offer families in just savings alone. Here are just a few of them!
We're twenty to thirty minutes away from practically anywhere in the St. Louis area!
We have some amazing subdivisions and towns such as Edwardsville Waterloo and O’Fallon to name a few that compare very well to many of the finest areas across the river!
The Metro east could be the perfect choice for you and your family to live! Give me a call and I would love to talk with you to see if the Metro east couldn’t be the perfect solution to your home buying problem!

What are the top 3 Reasons why Shiloh is such a great place to live?
Hi everyone! I believe Shiloh is the best place to live in the entire St. Louis metro east area hands down. No competition! End of story! Now maybe just maybe. I might be a little biased!
Since I have lived in Shiloh for over two decades where I have had the good fortune to have worked and raised my family
But I can tell you that I am not alone in my love of Shiloh! That is because of the hundreds of families I have had the great pleasure of helping move here! And to a person, they love it too for all the things this village has to offer!
And there is a lot that Shiloh has to offer!
With that said. Let me give you just three of the top reasons to live in Shiloh!
#1 The vast selection of school districts for residence to choose from! Depending on the age of your kids and the area you want to live in. You have up to six school districts to decide on! For grade school and Junior highs, you have the Shiloh School district, Whiteside School District, Central School, and Mascoutah schools to pick from. If you are looking for what many consider some of the best high schools in the area. Then you have either Mascoutah or O’Fallon High School! Plus, Belleville East to choose from!
#2 You’re a Stone’s throw away from Scott Air Force Base. And yes, it really is that close! Making it a favorite place to live for the military and civilians alike that work there! In fact. Not too long ago I was talking to the mayor and he estimates that close to 50 to 60 percent if not more of all the residence or either active or retired military. Meaning once you move here! You won’t want to leave!
#3 If you’re looking for the best in luxury living then Shiloh has you covered! With a vast array of subdivisions to choose from such as The Manors of Woodfield, The Estates of Woodfield, and Windsor Estates to name just a few that I have helped countless buyers move into. In fact. If you know someone looking to buy in Shiloh. Please have them drop me a line. I would love to help them! But for those buyers wanting to take it up a notch or two. Shiloh has subdivisions like Raven wood, Raven Oaks, and Waterford Place showcasing fine living at its absolute best for families to choose from!
Of course, that’s not to mention all the shopping and great eateries Shiloh has to offer. Plus.
The new hospital and cancer center they have!
The amazing parks!
The outstanding golf courses
And because of all these reasons and many more Shiloh had been able to attract major businesses such as the Auffenberg car dealership. That is planting their flag here in Shiloh!
There is so much more this village had to offer that I can’t possibly fit into just one episode!
If you are looking for a great place to live, work and raise a family! Then look no further than Shiloh!
And if you don’t want to miss another episode, then please hit the subscribe button and ring the bell!
