The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, and he has poured himself out like fine oil on me to publish and proclaim good news to the depressed, meak and meager, poor and needy. He has driven me on, sent me away, and compelled me bind up as with cords the shattered wrecked pieces of the broken-hearted, to forcefuly summon and call out, to men by name, calling them to a place of purity, spontinaety, and free-running liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison of blindness to them that are bound; to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord...

Luke 4

The Spirit of the "lord is upon me, because he has annointed and empowered me to proclaim the good news to the poor, the cringing beggar, the weak, the meak and the destitute. He has driven me on and compelled me to heal, to make whole the shattered and crushed and broken hearted, to preach pardon and liberty to the captives, and the recovery of sight to the blind, and to bring the crushed and wounded to a place of liberty and establish, fix and set them there, and to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.
