(Easily the most personal episode so far) Justin explains what it was like growing up in elementary and high school and his present day life as a 31 year old diagnosed with ADHD. He touches on the pros and cons on Concerta and what his experience was like taking it from a young age. He goes down memory lane with crazy yet hilarious elementary and high school stories. Most importantly, he emphasizes how his academic struggles made his life very difficult to manage at times and how he was able to get through it thanks to sports. He hopes to somewhat educate parents on what it’s really like to be in the mind of kids/ teens who may have this so they can have a better understanding of what ADHD is. He finishes off the episode with advice to hopefully help or motivate teens who are going through similar struggles as he went through, growing up in high school.
