Meet Agata Rogozinska, mental health advocate and host of Parade of Stories  

In this episode of Normalize The Conversation, Agata Rogozinska joins us all the way from Poland to share her experience with borderline personality disorder. From misdiagnosis of depression at 13, to an official diagnosis as an adult, Agata shares the confusion and difficulty that the misdiagnosis and improper medication created. Agata then goes on to share her journey since receiving the proper diagnosis and medication, and which coping mechanisms have helped her along the way.
