I was diagnosed with ADHD twice. It's challenging to look back at your challenges growing up and not feel something. This is the first time I've gotten this personal about part of what I experienced growing up from sharing how I coped with rejection to reading the letter my mom wrote me right after a huge life challenge I share.

I did not know at the time that my red flags were really white ones. Those we love, ourselves included, may be going through things we don't know about or cannot understand.

We are always exactly who we need to be in each moment. I look forward to hearing your thoughts :-)

Welcome back!! After a month break, we are picking back up with an episode just in time for Mental Health Awareness month. This episode talks about mental wellness in support of mental health, how there are just some things a hug cannot fix (que the medication), and how perspective management is critical to mental wellness management. 

This episode wraps up the fearless failure mini series by addressing the transitional space between what happens to you and what you do about it. The "that's great, now what?" zone where responsibility and accountability need to play nice together is discussed with a theory called Repair vs. Recover. This episode will address how to move out of the frozen state that can cause procrastination and why we avoid situations with tools to embrace new challenges alongside giving ourselves a break and allowing time to accept who we are and who we need to be.
