Because your intuition is part of your channelling system. It is the filter through which the divine speaks to you. And when we understand why the doubt comes in, we can stop fighting it and start working with it.

One of the core elements I have found to true expansion is refection! This allows space for you to step into your truth. It allows expansion into your soul. It allows guidance and connection to your spiritual team. Having faith, trust and building that relationship with every cell in your body comes from refection. When parts of you are triggered to go deeper into your own healing. Massive shifts are about to happen. 

You can heal grow and expend from this simple act of self awareness.
