Jesus is the WAY. He shows us a new way to live our lives, silence distractions, and tune into the one voice that really matters.

It can be hard to BE perfect but it can be easy to see Jesus.

When we can just look AT Jesus, we begin to look LIKE Jesus.
We can start to think like Him, believe like Him, and even act like Him.

Everyone wanted Jesus' attention. Everyone around Him had a need of some kind, yet Jesus found a way to hear the simple whisper of His Father and respond to life's demands with peace and miracle-working power.

God wants to help you through your disappointment.

People usually avoid disappointment more than anything else. Faith can even be disappointing sometimes. Honestly, there are no experiences that are entirely free of disappointment.

Disappointment doesn’t discriminate. Neither does God. God will walk with you through your disappointment. You can start to overcome disappointment by first acknowledging it.

God doesn’t want you to just read about him, but he wants to help you through the disappointing times; the times when things are moving, transitioning and changing.

The truth is - Gods work isn’t finished yet. The world might not believe a word you’re saying because they don’t believe THE WORD you're reading. God has created you for a work and a purpose - it’s just under the surface.

You have to know that God loves you and has a purpose for you. It's ok to acknowledge your disappointment - but don’t live in it!

Jesus stopped.
The God who created the universe that expands and moves even today - stopped.
The God whose love is unrelenting and unmeasurable - stopped.
The God who is not bound by time and sits in eternity - stops, and takes time for you.

Can you stop and take a moment with God?

God knows you and every detail of your life. If you can just stop rushing and pressing - He will show you exactly when to move and what is coming next.

The way of Jesus is compassion and love. He is warm, loving, and responsive - That is how Jesus lived out his life. If you're asking "What Would Jesus Do?" - He'd stop and respond in a warm, loving way.

He will show you how to take a real rest. Matthew 11:25-30

What have we been missing by not stopping when God has told us to? What could we gain by stopping and paying attention to the people who really matter in our lives?

When we see what and who God places in front of us - He will speak to us through them and give us the sight and the revelation we need.

Stop what you’re doing on the outside and let your heart move closer to God.
