If you have an interest in learning and expanding on what I discussed, then check out the following books:
"The Science & Practice of Strength Training" by Vladimir Zatsiorsky & William Kraemer
Bill Hartman who can be found at billhartmanpt.com & his book on Amazon, "No Pain, All Gain", which takes a lot of the in-depth concepts that he discusses and makes them easy to understand

More important than any resource that you can read, I encourage everyone to practice reflection. As I mentioned, until the end of '16 I hadn't really sat down and looked at my behaviors objectively that landed me in the state of unhappiness that I was in. I reflect in some sort of fashion daily now. It's one of the most powerful tools that you can utilize to make progress in life.
Usually, "The Office" is a great release for laugh-out-loud comedy. I, for one, know as I've watched seasons 1-9 13 or 14 times through now :-)
Today we take a look at a quote from Robert California (James Spader) that has a few lines within it that can help you reshape your mindset and get you on the right track so that you can live your best life.
Taking responsibility for our actions and the things that happen to us or around us can be much more difficult than it sounds on the surface.
In this episode, Mike talks about how important it is that we start taking ownership of both the good & bad that happens in our lives and shares a great resource for you to use if you're currently struggling in this area.
Enjoy!

When we strive to create change in our lives, it is super tough to take that first step and overcome the things that are holding us back from doing so.
You may feel that you're alone, but I can assure you that you are absolutely not.
As I mention at the end of the episode, the best thing that you can do for us is share your feedback (don't be afraid to be critical) with me at [email protected] and share us with anyone that you feel will benefit from having heard our message.
Thanks for your support!
