Juliana Baron grew up in Colombia before moving to the US to pursue the "All-American Dream" through higher education. She successfully became a Corporate Financial Analyst at Darden Restaurants but soon realized that this path did not bring her fulfillment. Nicole Scott found herself Burned out and felt as if she had hit rock bottom. The realisation really hit her one afternoon. She she was lying fast asleep on the couch, when her kids called her and woke her up wondering when she was coming to pick them up from school. They were waiting and she was struggling to even get up off the couch.
