My favorite way is this Podcast, Journaling, Traveling and Listening to music … but dealing with all these different situations that life gives up remember ( 2 Timothy 1:7 For God didn’t give the Spirit of Fear but of POWER LOVE & A SOUND MIND) !! PS… There’s nothing wrong with going to Therapy either !!
