Introduction into the new series of the silent treatment. I don’t know how many times I need to say this but the silent treatment is not an effective way to resolve conflict . It’s not progressive and is a waste of time. Let’s find other alternatives to better relationships.

I think when we hear the word heartbreak we automatically assume it’s referring to romantic relationships 🙃 But, heartbreak does come in many forms and through different aspects . So let’s explore that in this segment.

I think some people confuse real life with social media . Activism is not just about reposting tragic things happening around the world . There are people out here who do a lot behind the scenes but choose to keep it private . Stop this whole cancel culture nonsense.

So we all know what’s been trending on social media lately , Too many times we hear that women stick by men while their grinding for him to end up leaving us when their rich and at the top. So I don’t see the problem of setting a standard and asking for what you want ... we are not our parents generation anymore, we deserve to be spoilt and looked after.

I think I’ll make this into a series because there’s a lot I have to say but let’s normalise simple things like giving your spouse gifts without the woman being called a gold digger & let’s normalise helping each-other elevate when your in relationships

I can’t fathom that there are so many people out here that refuse to support their friends business but support a celebrity who doesn’t know they exist. Do better guys . Be better friends to eachother

Too many times I feel extroverts can make it seem like their more intelligent or fun to be around and they tend to put down introverts so let’s dive into it briefly
