Liz Berholz (B.A./B.Sc.) is a Certified Parent Educator, an Adler Institute-Trained Life & Professional Coach, a speaker, and a mother.

She earned her BA/BSc in Biology and History at Dalhousie University, worked in HR and Marketing on Wall Street and Bay Street—but the move to motherhood proved a transformative one. This shift morphed into a mission: to help families move beyond the yelling, nagging and frustrations often associated with everyday parenting.

Since COVID, her coaching on corporate resiliency training has seen a boom in clientele.
