Mike White is responsible for Picton Mahoney's multi-asset strategies, which include the Picton Mahoney Diversified Strategies Fund, the Picton Mahoney Fortified Multi-Strategy Alternative Fund and the Picton Mahoney Fortified Multi-Asset Fund. Mike has several years of experience in capital markets, active management, and investment counselling. He is a CFA charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Arts, History with a Finance and Economics Stream from Western University.

Mark is the Head of Research at ARC, which he founded over 20 years ago to provide advisors with independent and forensic accounting-based investment research. He’s authored two investment books and hundreds of articles focused on portfolio risk analysis, financial statement red flags, governance issues, equity valuation, and discretionary portfolio management. He began his career as a forensic investigator and was previously Chairman of Investorside Research Association Canada, an industry group dedicated to eliminating conflicts of interest in investment research. He was also the publisher of Boardroom, a corporate governance publication for officers and directors. He’s a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder and has his Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation. He received his MBA from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto and his undergraduate degree from Western University.

Prior to founding Evolve ETFs, Mr. Lala served as Head of WisdomTree Canada – a division of WisdomTree Investments Inc., one of the world’s largest ETF issuers. Prior to this, Mr. Lala was Executive Vice President and Head of Retail Markets for Fiera Capital Corporation, a prominent Canadian investment management firm with over $100 billion in assets under management. Mr. Lala co-founded and served as President and CEO of Propel Capital Corporation (which was acquired by Fiera Capital Corporation in September 2014). Propel raised approximately $1 Billion in structured products in its five years of operation. Prior to Propel, Mr. Lala worked with Jovian Capital. Mr. Lala held several roles at Jovian including President of JovFunds Inc., an asset management division of Jovian Capital. Mr. Lala holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Toronto (1994).
