Liz is a Kinesiologist by education, a Classical Pilates Instructor, Yoga Teacher, a student of Somatic Experiencing and Quantum Human Design. But her passion is a continual exploration of what is possible through movement, embodiment and the pursuit of potential.

Liz specializes in embodiment and expanding the resiliency of the nervous system by learning the language of your body. She helps you learn how to interpret triggers/trauma/conditioning and understand how they live in your body.
