What's up #Diamonds,

2019 Was the last year I made podcast on BTR (Blog Talk Radio) you won't see many episodes in 2019 because that was the year I worked on building other brands like the show "In The Cut with Jay" but there still good ones and the bumps are little to none. I talked about subjects that were of concerned to me, what I liked etc sometimes my mind gets to complicated and there's so much information that I don't know how to explain, have that ever happened to you? Sometimes when I listen to my subjects I ask myself why did I choose that subject? Anyway, aging affects us all and as we age most of us are look for helpful tips to help us age better and that is what this Podcast is about. This episode was fun like most of my episodes., I interviewed Mrs. Judy Johnson at that time she had her own barbecue sauce that she sold in the commissary in Virginia Beach Little Creek Base. That is where I met her, I am not sure how often she used to go there and make her barbecue sauce there on site and serve free samples to the people, so I decided to visit her there one day. This interview is also connected to the live video interview, you can check that out that video on Video by Lina’s YouTube channel (VideoBL).  My interview with Mr. Jerry's Hair Salon however did not go as well as I wanted it to or as well as I would have hoped it would.
