Well it looks like the NBA needs to take a page from the NFL to learn how to revitalize their All-Star Weekend. No one wants to participate in the dunk contest, however no one wants to score baskets during the game?! Durant to Westbrook for an alley-hoop....and that's as far as the reunion lasted. What happened to the 4th quarter competition....at least?!?! NFL and NBA free agency, news and notes and more!

What in the Madison is going on in New York?? First Phil Jackson tries to undermine the value of Carmelo Anthony. Second, the owner James Dolan, the ignorance and audacity that he has shown this past week is incredible. To add insult to injury, the so-called ban has been lifted after only FOUR days?!?! What would some people rich people do if they didn't have money. NBA All-Star weekend, NFL player releases and more!

Well, well, well....the 1st overtime in Super Bowl history. The largest comeback in Super Bowl history. The largest collapse in Super Bowl history. Did we just witness the BEST Super Bowl in history? And have they returned to the 'same old Falcons?!" How much heartbreak can the city of Atlanta take? Are we seeing a more outspoken LeBron James?

We've waited nearly six months....one team was expected.... and the other team is exciting! That is why they play the game, any given Sunday it can be YOUR day! This Sunday we will find out who wants it more....will Matt Ryan surplant his place in Atlanta Falcons history or will Tom Brady surplant his place in NFL history?? Sunday is Big Game day!! Also, LeBron James is tired of taking the high road....find out who has pushed King James to his limit.

The Big Game is set....the #1 scoring offense (Falcons) will collide with the #1 scoring defense (Patriots) and come February 5th, one will walk away a FIRST time champion or the other will walk away a FIVE time champion.....who will it be?!?!? How does the man who leads the league in triple-doubles this NBA season NOT make the All-Star starting roster?? And MLB loses another young phenom way too soon.

HOW 'BOUT THEM COWBOYS?!?!?! They ARE who we THOUGHT they were....and they're not in the Championship Game! Will the Packers ride run the table all the way to the Super Bowl?? Or do the high flying Atlanta Falcons have enough to extinguish the Packers flame? The Steelers head to Foxborough.....with 8 Superbowl appearances a piece....only one will advance to #9! Also, Antonio Brown violates locker room code.

There's always one team that has your number...for the Dallas Cowboys, it's the New York Giants! But the race to the finish line is narrowing by the week. Both the NFC and the AFC appear to be setting up for an amazing Week 17! One team that is already out of the playoffs, appear to now be out a coach as well....looks like Eric Dickerson will be returning to the sidelines sooner than later!
