LMC Cast

Larchmont Mamaroneck Youth Lacrosse (LMYL) has been in our community for years. Players that went through this program have proven to be skilled lacrosse players, going on to break records when playing for their associated high school. Listen to former LMYL players reminisce on their time spent together & how it's allowed them to improve at the game.

In 2022, LMC Media started a video series "Flood Stories" to share the experiences of Mamaroneck Residence, who were effected by severe flooding caused by Hurricane Ida. This podcast follows up with the residents and local officials to find our where we are as a community in the mitigation of flooding in Mamaroneck.

On this month's LMCast, we talked to parents of school aged children working and monitoring their kids' education during the COVID-19 pandemic. One is a mother of twins and the other is a single parent working as a school teacher in NYC. We also spoke with Dr. Valerie Feit, who is the enrichment coordinator for the Rye Neck school district. They all shared their experiences, insights, and the lessons they have learned this past year when the world went into lockdown.
