November 25, 2025No More SecretsMichael Griffin pleaded guilty at Dundalk Circuit Court recently to 8 counts of indecent assault on twins Mary and Regina Cooney. The abuse which occurred between 1974 and 1982, began when the girls were aged 4 and continued until they were 12. The twins waiving their right to anonymity ensured Griffin was named. He was convicted, remanded in custody and is awaiting sentencing in January. Shortly after the trial Gerry Kelly met Mary and Regina who told him their harrowing story. Hosted on Acast.
