We coasted along to Carlingford this afternoon and popped into the local tourist office where we were warmly welcomed by Yvonne Keenan, Theresa Mackin and Gerry Hoey. Kian Louet Feisser dropped in with some beautiful Carlingford Oysters which Gerry was only too delighted to sample and boy did he like them!! James McKenna of the Four Seasons Hotel, SkyPark's Andrew Ross, Paddy Agnew Carlingford Lough Sea Tours, Ruby Ellen's Tea Rooms Donna McKevitt (buns in tow) and jewellery designer Garrett Mallon all joined us for a chat too.

Late Lunch Coasting Along again this Tuesday to lovely Laytown in County Meath where we met the O'Reilly family, including mum Nuala, from that famous Supermarket that hasn't changed in 50 years! The new secretary/manager of Laytown Races, Jessica Cahalan, joined us along with the local Beach Wardens. Jimmy Gilna and Paddy Meade weren't short of a word or two as we enjoyed another lovely day by the Seaside!

Trees down galore following Storm Betty, arborist and tree felling expert Wesley Monaghan was so interesting as he explained why and what to look out for in the future. Mary is livid with Louth County Council over the ladies and disabled public toilets in Blackrock village that remain closed a year on from an arson attack and many other listeners expressed their unhappiness with the state or lack of public toilets in their area. Fiona Squibb and Joan Robison from Louth SPCA are seeking much needed support from the public for the valuable work they do. Karen Healy and Lelia Doolin encouraged local businesses to enter this year's Northeast Business Excellence Awards and Monica Haughey can help anyone make the change and achieve their potential in life..
