Hello, I am Lisa Wilson, an athlete and coach from LMWBXR Training.  I am a competitive powerlifter, boxer, and coach.  I am also a content creator.  On this podcast I will talk about all things health, fitness, training, and nutrition.  Also the occasional fitness hot topic.  I am a certified personal trainer, health coach and nutrition coach.
