Political ideology is not an excuse in the Buffalo shooting. A man (not a boy) made a hate-filled and racist decision to murder innocent Black people on Saturday 5/14/22. His political beliefs don't surpass his free will and choice. The man chose to kill these people. He was not a robot and only he made that fateful decision that destroyed so many lives. Political ideals can play a part in extremism, but they are not solely to blame. Every person has character and morals and the decision each day of how they choose to live. Check out my take on the media narrative about the "Great Replacement Theory" in terms of the Buffalo shooter.
Today the opening statements began in the federal civil rights trial facing the police charged with killing George Floyd. Derek Chauvin is not part of this trial after changing his plea to guilty on these charges. This is NOT a murder trial for these officers - the state murder trial will take place later this year. This trial will determine if the actions - or in action of the officers contributed to a violation of the civil rights of George Floyd. What do you think?

Hey friends, just checking in from CA. Week 2 of quarantine. My plan is to try and stay on some kind of schedule, and spend some of the time I would have been in the gym working on my education, bettering myself and getting in some more remote work in tech to offset the lost $$$ from this event. Hoping everyone is healthy, well & staying sane. Sending out some positivity to all of you.
