Louis Bon led the successful start of $55bn in capital projects during a career in Total including the Ichthys LNG project in Australia. Louis speaks openly about what he considers the art of project leadership, as well his advice for Oil & Gas companies planning for the Energy Transition. 

Following his recent role as Managing Director for the 45B USD ICHTHYS LNG Project for Inpex, Louis shares sage advice on the intricacies of managing projects of vast scale, as well as how he believes the industry will advance following the pandemic and drive for more environmentally friendly practices.

Having spent most of his incredible career focused on Megaprojects, Louis Bon discusses the complexities of managing projects of enormous scale and how he believes it is essential to have good communication skills, especially when dealing with different cultures, big teams, and large budgets.
