For this episode I touch on November’s mental health and suicide prevention for men I have on a special guest and unexpected guest my godfather we talk about various things with health issues dieting and exercise that helps out people avoid these things, great input by three of my three good friends Ruben (Choforo) Alex (AnaheimsVeryOwn) and Alexis (Don). With their help we tackle down ways of avoiding any of this suicide and to help your health and mental health with these three greats inputs from these three great man.As well as my input and from my Padrino Chava .I hope you guys enjoy and get some help out of this if I can help just one person that would make me the happiest 🙏🏻
