For this episode I touch on November’s mental health and suicide prevention for men I have on a special guest and unexpected guest my godfather we talk about various things with health issues dieting and exercise that helps out people avoid these things, great input by three of my three good friends Ruben (Choforo) Alex (AnaheimsVeryOwn) and Alexis (Don).
