I Corinthians 5:1-11 - This letter was written to correct a situation at Corinth.
II Thessalonians 3:6-15 - Paul instructed the Thessalonians to withdraw from one who was walking disorderly among them.
The issue was a man that would not work for himself.
They were to withdraw from him so he would be ashamed and admonish him.
Neither of these texts say anything about family members - that subject is covered in other passages.
