Local Fidelity

For the Labor Day Weekend edition of Local Fidelity, we spun some new tunes from Sheen Marina, Hello Mary, Loose Buttons, Daisy The Great, Mary Shelley, Soviet Girls, Shred Flintstone, TVOD, Proper., and Water From Your Eyes. Plus, we previewed a great show that happened that evening at Berlin with tunes from Lily Mao, Climates, and Violet Grove.

The August 28th edition of Local Fidelity features a combination of new tunes and previews the awesome gig that happened that night at Our Wicked Lady! This episode features new music from Strawberry Launch, Geese, Gustaf, Fairvisions, Duke of Vandals, Shred Flintstone, Skylar Pocket, My Son The Doctor, and Zoos. You'll also hear choice cuts from Miracle Sweepstakes, War Violet, CR and the Nones, and The Natvral, all of who played at Our Wicked Lady on the night of the 28th!

The August 21st edition of Local Fidelity features a mix of new New York City tunes and previews some great gigs. Listen to hear new music from Jewelry, Ruby Landen, Fasciations Grand Chorus, Desert Sharks, Lunarette, Lily Konigsberg, Women of the Night, Belaire's, Sleepers Union, Raavi, Pan Arcadia, Ruby Bones, and Sheen Marina. Plus, we previewed gigs that evening with music from Johnny Dynamite and Wildlife.

The August 14th edition of Local Fidelity features a ton of great new New York City tunes. July 31st marked the 8th anniversary of Maxwell’s closing! So, as is tradition on Local Fidelity, we celebrated the rich history of this legendary Hoboken rock club with a playlist of artists that embody its signature sound. Tune in to hear tracks from The Bongos, Human Switchboard, Otis Ball, The Individuals, Rage To Live, Winter Hours, The Feelies, Wild Carnation, Speed The Plough, Yung Wu, Yo La Tengo, The Cucumbers, Glenn Morrow's Cry For Help, and more!

Beau Croxton of Damn Jackals is Tom's guest for the July 24th edition of Local Fidelity. The two chatted all about (and played) the band’s awesome new single, “Lovely Nuthin’,” and previewed their gig that night at Our Wicked Lady with Duke of Vandals, The Silk War, and So and So. Plus, Beau curated an awesome play list of all local tunes featuring music from The Muckers, Habibi, The Advertisers, The Trash Bags, and The Silk War.

Brooklyn's Freezing Cold joined Tom for the July 17th edition of Local Fidelity. The band chatted about their awesome new double single, "Stuck On Hold" b/w "Drawn to Scale," what it was like working with J. Robbins on their 2019 debut, "Glimmer," and much more.
