Elliott is the gentle leader of a run based community in Miami.....with the laugh of a lion. As an immigrant of Antigua and Barbuda in the Caribbean, he pursued his knack for fitness and love of leadership, until he started his own tech company in Florida, which has culminated in the mobile application RunAdic (https://runadic.com/). Download the app to meet runners near you, and check out free events happening every day across South Florida. Feeling like making a big change to your lifestyle? Go Elite, and get a certified running coach to personalize your workouts, or better yet, start by just coming out for a Thursday track workout, or a Sunday morning healing run (HealUP Run!). See you out there running more, Miami.
