Boise Mayor Lauren McLean just spent $6,000 in taxpayer money wrapping City Hall's flagpoles in rainbow colors and posting an LGBTQ+ sign on the building — a direct defiance of Idaho's new flag law (HB 651).

Also, six activists got arrested at the Capitol over Idaho's new anti-trans-bathroom bill, the teachers' union paid a $70,000 legal bill after the Idaho Supreme Court upheld school choice, and the legislature cut taxpayer funding for union activities in public schools.
