Today's Lockdown Listen features organist ROD POOLEY on a rare visit to the North West.  There are certain conversations that you can remember exactly when and where they were done.  This recording was made at the Stockport Organ and Keyboard Club in August 2018 when it was "cracking the flags" and as a result, Rod and I decided to sit down on a bench at the side of the immaculate bowling green.  If you listen carefully you'll hear the sound of tweeting birds, drive-by ambulances and the clack of bowls!
