In this episode of The Gym Corner, Luis and William are joined by former Vanderbilt baseball player and William's high school teammate, Walker Grisanti. They discuss the differences between offseason and in-season training, lifting for position players vs. pitchers, the experience of winning a national championship, Walker's favorite Coach Corbin story, gym pet peeves, and more. Luis and William also discuss what college gyms will look like in the fall and future Gym Corner episode ideas.

Kian Mirnezam, screenwriter and recent USC School of Cinematic Arts graduate, joins the show to discuss both Old and New Hollywood, Humphrey Bogart, The Godfather, his favorite directors of the 1970s and more (1:29). Armand and William welcome their first-ever guest to the podcast, an esteemed colleague, music fan, and friend Luis Barranco.
