The Atlanta Braves have another player set to go into free agency this year. Dansby Swanson won his salary arbitration case against the Braves. Jon Chuckery explained why he really doesn’t think that Swanson will be in a Braves uniform next year. Also, Chuckery believes that Swanson is a 10 million dollar a year player that the Braves might not be willing to pay. Secondly, the Atlanta Falcons have drafted pass catchers in back-to-back years in the NFL Draft. In 2021, they drafted Kyle Pitts and in 2022, they drafted Drake London. Jon Chuckery explains how Marcus Mariota being at quarterback might slow down the production of London and Pitts. Also, Chuckery believes that the passing game will take a step back with Mariota under center. Lastly, despite some doubt, the Georgia Bulldogs were able to win a National Championship with Stetson Bennett as the starting quarterback. With Bennett deciding to come back, one would wonder how he stacks up against the other quarterbacks in the Southeastern Conference. Jon Chuckery explains how he matches up pretty well.

This Deshaun Watson case has taken over NFL headlines with the New York Times story coming down. The difference now is that there are more women that had bad dealings with Watson. Mark ZInno explains that there are a lot of people that have been looking at this Watson case ALL wrong. Also, Zinno wants the NFL to make a decision on how they are going to handle Watson going forward. Secondly, Arthur Blank and the Atlanta Falcons got lucky when Deshaun Watson didn't choose them. If he had, this mess would be the Falcons problem. Mark Zinno explains how the Falcons problem is at the top of their organization, and that’s Arthur Blank. Also, Zinno talked about how hard it is to convince people that "exploratory" research was done on any of this and that you walked away from Watson. Watson said no to the Falcons. Lastly, the Boston Celtics are set to face the Golden State Warriors tonight in the Boston Garden. The Celtics simply need to take care of the ball. The Warriors will need a tough defensive performance again and be able to limit the Celtics secondary scoring. Mark Zinno believes that If the Warriors can shoot better, they may have a distinct edge.

The Atlanta Braves are finally starting to round into form during their six game winning streak. Before the streak, the Braves really struggled with runners in scoring position. Jarvis Davis and Tenitra Batiste discussed how Grant could be in perfect position to take the biggest leap in his second season. Pitts didn’t disappoint by going over 1,000 yards with Matt Ryan throwing him the football. Lastly, the Georgia Bulldogs have always found themselves in the conversation about being one of the top college football programs in the country. Kirby Smart is the biggest reason why the program is where it is. Georgia winning the national championship further confirmed those rumblings. The Atlanta Braves are back above .500 for the first time since early on in the season. Mark Zinno said back at the beginning of May that this particular stretch of games was where the Braves could get there and stay there. And, while Zinno won’t do the victory lap just yet because the Braves have more work to do. Also, Zinno talks about how refreshing it is that they look like a real baseball team. With the news of Quin Snyder stepping down for the Utah Jazz, the Hawks may have to act fast because other teams will also be looking to add key pieces as well. Travis Schlenk will have to work the phones with a sense of urgency. Lastly, the Atlanta Falcons rookie projections are looking good. As OTAs continue along, the Falcons will try and build a competitive team, but they will need rookies to be a big part of that.
