$125 million. That's what John Canzano reports the new owners of the Portland WNBA expansion team paid. In light of that, host Howard Megdal takes a look back at some other numbers paid recently in the WNBA - for the Golden State Valkyries, for instance - along with league equity, and folks who cashed out just before the boom like Jim Dolan. Then hear from Cheryl Reeve as Megdal breaks down just how elite Minnesota has been with the Lynx pursuing a WNBA title a different way. Plus: remaining questions in this regular season still left to decide!

Host Jackie Powell is joined by sports journalist Maggie Hendricks and they discuss the recent comments made by WNBA Commissioner Cathy Engelbert when she was asked about the cyber bullying that’s occurred on the internet targeting WNBA players including but not limited to Angel Reese, Dijonai Carrington and Diamond DeShields. Jackie and Maggie explain the very strong reactions that came from players, the WNBPA and fans and why a different type of response from Engelbert matters so much to fans amid whatever is the status quo in other sports leagues such as MLB, the NFL, NHL and even the NBA. Later the pair gets into some solutions. How can the WNBA and Engelbert regain trust with the players and fans and what are some current campaigns that are beginning to provide awareness and mental health resources to help combat cyber bullying?
