John 11:17-44

Miracles truly are amazing, but what do they mean for you and I practically? How, can the story of Lazarus affect and influence our daily lives? This week, we begin considering these questions in John 11:1-44.

Jesus uses the imagery of a Shepherd to illustrate His mission to mankind. He gives a clear explanation of His role and what it means for His flock.

Why do bad things? How should we understand and view the problem of evil in this world? In John 9 we begin to learn how to view the problems in this world through the light of Christ. 

There is the road of relationship with Jesus and the road of religion. In John 8 we see the clear and eternal contrast between the two roads. 

As a result of the Supreme Court's ruling on the Dobbs case we address what the Bible says about life in the womb. We learn that we are called to speak the truth in love, show compassion without compromise, and serve sacrificially when it comes to the issue of abortion in the public square.
