Hello. Welcome to LoFi Bedtime Very Tales. I hope you are living your life as positively as you possibly can! In this episode I present to you something of an exercise you can do whenever you are feeling anxious, sad, or angry and you want to do something that is not helpful or continue to think about unhelpful things. This exercise will also help you identify and celebrate positive things in your life too! Life is about using your imagination as much as you can and your imagination is to be employed to help you think, feel, and behave in a more positive manner. It is so easy to do that.
