Today, the Log Still Distillery is up and running and selling bourbon, gin, and Tennessee whiskey. But back when I conducted this interview, Log Still was still a brand new concept and the distillery was still a dream.

I went to New Hope/Gethsemane to learn more about the pre-Prohibition distillery town of New Hope and what happened to it. And it was there that I met this great family, who are working together to bring jobs and the industry back to the area.
