Logan's Lonely

"As consumer preferences and the broader entertainment industry continue to shift away from physical discs to digital, physical game disc production for all new games releasing on PlayStation consoles will be discontinued starting January 2028.  Following this date, new games will be available on PlayStation Store and at retailers in digital formats only. This transition has no impact on games that already released, or will be releasing, prior to January 2028 in disc format.

This is a natural direction for Sony Interactive Entertainment to adapt to consumer trends as the general preference for digital media significantly outpaces physical discs. This transition will enable us to align more closely with how most of our community prefers to access and play games today.

We’ll continue to prioritize our resources to drive innovation in how players can access games and provide choices as to where players prefer to purchase new games, whether that’s at retailers or PlayStation Store. We remain committed to delivering a world-class gaming experience to our fans and we thank you for your continued support."

Well that was certainly something. So Ocarina is coming this year huh?

Happy 50th Episode!!!

StarFox finally returns. After 11 years He's back! How is this "new" iteration of StarFox? Let's find out.

With GTA6 Preorders going live should we get it? Are you even excited about the game? No physical edition yet? Let's talk about all this and more.

BTW I just looked it up. It's the Houser Brothers not the Stamper Brothers. The Stamper Brothers are from RARE. I get my British game devs mixed up.

I'm excited for Halo, Gears of War, and Xbox in general! Are they back?

These are my unedited reactions to the June 2026 Nintendo Direct.

I had a very rough day and was super tired. Keep that in mind. I have uploaded a part 2 for my final thoughts on the Direct after a good nights rest.

Ok, so now that I have gotten some sleep, I can look back and reflect on what was announced in the Nintendo direct.

Also some thoughts on other industry announcements.

**Attention**

I debated about even uploading this reaction. I had a really bad day and my reaction is a rough one. If you wanna check it out go ahead but if you want something more positive I would skip this one.

But these are my UNEDITED opinions on this Nintendo Direct.

What's at the Nintendo Museum? Is it worth going to? Here is my thoughts and experience at this very interesting Kyoto attraction.
