John Castino, 1979 Rookie of the Year and former Minnesota Twin joins me today to talk about his life growing up in Chicago, playing at Rollins college in Florida and then being drafted by and playing for the Minnesota Twins until a back injury cut his career short. He has some fascinating stories of bench clearing brawls, baseball the old school way and plenty of other entertaining accounts during a time when men were men!
